Editorial Policy
This is how every article on The Neuropathy Notebook is made.
Plain English first
Articles use the words readers actually search for, like burning feet at night, before any medical term.
Sources are linked
Claims about research link to the study, a medical journal or a government health source. Before a study is linked, we check that it exists and says what the article says.
Evidence grades
Remedies and ingredients get one of a few plain grades: good evidence (at least one solid trial in people with neuropathy), some evidence (smaller or mixed studies), early research (small or short studies so far), or be careful (a known risk).
No made-up proof
No invented testimonials, star ratings, before-and-after stories or credentials. June's notebook entries are her own experience, not a promise of results.
Dates
An article's date only changes when the information in it changes, like a new study or a corrected fact. We don't refresh dates to look new.
